The obverse in the center of the coin is depicts portrait of the Abbe Pierre and logo of its foundation. On the right side of the portrait was painted the year of issue coin "2012". On the left side of the portrait was painted the monogram of the Republic France "RF" and the horn of plenty. In the outer circle were painted 12 stars.

The reverse side depicted the nominal value of the coin from 2 euro.
